Library & Learning Resources
Welcome to CMU from Library and Learning Resources. We look forward to helping you to succeed here over the next few years.
There are three libraries in all, These resources, combined with our Learning Centre, support the different subjects and interests of the staff and students.
We're sure that you will want to make the best of every opportunity open to you at CMU. To help you to achieve your full potential, the Academic Skills Centre is available to give you advice on study skills and help you improve your English language skills. You can book a one-to-one tutorial to discuss aspects of your work, or attend a variety of study skills and English language workshops free of charge.
Within our libraries and learning centre we have a range of different types of study spaces for you. If you need to work together, we have group rooms and designated areas; if you prefer to work alone, there are individual study rooms at Kenrick and Mary Seacole Libraries. The Conservatoire Library even has a separate room for listening to and watching its multimedia collection.
If you have any questions about using our services we have help desks within all our libraries, can be contacted by phone, email or our librarians are also available to chat online, for further details see our Ask the Library page. We also have online guides and courses to help use the library resources and support your studies.
